Sole Cleanse - Antibacterial Hoof Disinfectant Spray - 500 ml (Zinc Sulphate and Eucalyptus based hoof disinfectant spray)

Sole Cleanse has remarkable effectiveness, without any of the necrotizing effects of traditional treatments such as Borax, Bleaches, Peroxide and Stockholm Tar.  Sole Cleanse not only helps to destroy the bacterial and fungal microbes that can produce blackening and foul odor on the sole and frog of the horses foot but also assists the natural re-growth of healthy tissue, rather than producing more dead tissue for the infection to thrive upon.

Sole Cleanse Spray is for more regular application to the foot. Once weekly for horses prone to foot odor issues or daily until smell abates for established hoof problems is often sufficient although it is so gentle and economical that many customers use it daily "just in case!". It is provided in a convenient 500ml spray bottle and will often stop issues in just a few applications. It has also been found useful to flush cracks in the white line, frog and other crevices in the horses foot prior to packing them with Artimud or Hoof-Stuff.

You can also buy this in larger 2500ml refill jug at a far lower price making it excellent value for money!

Sole Cleanse contains:

  • Zinc Sulphate - A powerful, non-caustic, antifungal agent.
  • Eucalyptus Oil - A highly effective antifungal and antibacterial essential oil that helps to toughen weakened structures.
  • Natural surfactant to keep it all together!

All in a water base so that it can be conveniently sprayed onto the feet after picking out.

Application of Sole Cleanse depends on what you are using it for:

For severe hoof odour -
use twice daily on the sole after picking out, reduce frequency of application as smell and blackening start to improve.

For general hoof health - apply weekly after picking out to keep the soles and frogs in good condition.

For cavities and holes - clean what loose debris you can away and spray Sole Cleanse into the hole. Allow to dry and pack with Artimud (shallower holes) or Hoof-Stuff (deeper holes)

Avoid using on areas of open flesh as Sole Cleanse may sting.

Warning! Protect eyes during application
