We are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday thru Thursday (Mountain Standard Time). Most orders submitted via phone or internet by 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may not ship until the next business day. Internet order placed Thursday after 12:00 PM or on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. If you have a time sensitive order that requires a definite delivery date, you are always better off to call in your order so we can insure the appropriate shipping method will be used.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our Store Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday. Most internet order placed by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Any internet orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday, or Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday to be shipped by UPS Overnight Service, it will not arrive until the following Tuesday (as it will not ship until Monday). If you have a time sensitive shipment that you are placing on a Thursday, we recommend that you CALL your order in to ensure that the proper shipping means will be used.
When you place an order, the shopping cart will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. For international orders, you can opt to get a custom shipping quote (for service methods not listed at checkout) via e-mail if you like. Please send an e-mail with product details to firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In the event the total weight of your order is greater than 70 lb., it will be necessary to divide your shipment into multiple boxes. If this causes your "estimated" shipping cost to be much greater, we reserve the right to alter the shipping charges quoted to you during checkout. However if shipping charges are different than what you were quoted during checkout, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval prior to shipping.
(*Delivery delays causing a package to not be delivered on the "guarantee" date due to weather or similar issues as determined by the shipping company are not refundable. Once a package has left our facility, the shipping and package terms become subject to those of the shipping company.)
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returning products that were purchased between 30-90 days (from the date of the return) will be given store credit rather than a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to EDSS, Inc. unless the return is the result of an error on our part (meaning if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), at which time EDSS, Inc. would pay the return shipping costs. You may request a “Return Service Label” from EDSS, Inc. We will e-mail the label to you and the cost of shipping will be deducted from the return amount. Our Return Service Label costs are often less expensive than the retail cost of shipping if you take the item to the post office or UPS store and pay them, so please do not hesitate to contact us about getting a Return Service Label.
If you are requesting an EXCHANGED PRODUCT with your return, EDSS, Inc. is not responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you (the customer). If you are exchanging an item (ie: for a different size of the same product), EDSS, Inc. will contact you for credit card details to pay for the cost of the return shipping back to you.
For REFUNDS, you should expect to receive your refund within 2 -3 weeks after shipping your package to us. This time period includes the transit time for EDSS to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
To Return and item, please Complete and Print the EDSS RETURN FORM and include it in the return package. Details on return policy and where to send returns is included on the form. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
