We are open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday thru Thursday (Mountain Standard Time). Most orders submitted via phone or internet by 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may not ship until the next business day. Internet order placed Thursday after 12:00 PM or on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. If you have a time sensitive order that requires a definite delivery date, you are always better off to call in your order so we can insure the appropriate shipping method will be used.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Our Store Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday. Most internet order placed by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Any internet orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday, or Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday to be shipped by UPS Overnight Service, it will not arrive until the following Tuesday (as it will not ship until Monday). If you have a time sensitive shipment that you are placing on a Thursday, we recommend that you CALL your order in to ensure that the proper shipping means will be used.
When you place an order, the shopping cart will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. For international orders, you can opt to get a custom shipping quote (for service methods not listed at checkout) via e-mail if you like. Please send an e-mail with product details to firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In the event the total weight of your order is greater than 70 lb., it will be necessary to divide your shipment into multiple boxes. If this causes your "estimated" shipping cost to be much greater, we reserve the right to alter the shipping charges quoted to you during checkout. However if shipping charges are different than what you were quoted during checkout, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval prior to shipping.
(*Delivery delays causing a package to not be delivered on the "guarantee" date due to weather or similar issues as determined by the shipping company are not refundable. Once a package has left our facility, the shipping and package terms become subject to those of the shipping company.)
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (meaning if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
