This is the CPH Bracket designed for use with the Composite Practice Hoof. The CPH is a great teaching tool for many aspects of hoof care instruction, whether it be farrier school, home study, clinics, or demonstrations. The CPH Bracket attaches to a common 1.5" hoof stand post and makes it convenient to move from working on the bottom of the foot to the top of the foot fast and easy. It is made of a durable and sturdy 1/4" plate steel. There are 4 alignment/retention pins on each side to firmly secure the CPH to the bracket so that it cannot twist or shift while being used. There is a 3/8" wing bolt that goes through the steel plate into the CPH to keep the hoof locked in place. Using 2 "U" bolts and 4 Nylok nuts, the CPH Bracket attaches to a 1.5" steel or aluminum tube, similar to those commonly used in popular hoof stands like the Hoofjack™.
