Belt Sizes:

Small = fits 25" - 28" waist

Regular = fits 28" - 36" waist

Large = fits 36" - 44" waist

If your waist size is on the high side or maxing out a belt, you should go with the next size up for maximum comfort.  For instance: if you have a 31″ waist, you should order a 10″ back belt.
