The WORLD RACING PLATE FRONT was designed by observing and measuring the natural hoof wear patterns of wild horses. The WRP was originally intended for race horses that had knee/hock and other soreness problems. The natural, biomechanically sound design offers a lightweight alternative for training and even running in to help minimize the stresses and strain incurred on the athlete's legs. Because of the weight and design, use on barrel horses, rope horses and polo horses has been extremely favorable as well.
